Accountability

The Children’s Aid Society of London & Middlesex works continuously to improve outcomes for children, youth and families who are receiving services. We also have a strong commitment to accountability and transparency to the general public.

In this section, you will find information about our work, how we measure our services, how we use our resources and more on knowing Your Legal Rights.

The design and delivery of our work seeks to reflect our commitment to proactive, strengths-based, Evidence Informed Practice. Also see information on Anti-Oppression and Diversity in our Get to Know Us section.

If you or a family member are involved with a Children's Aid Society in Ontario, there are further resources and information available. The purpose of the Ontario Child Advocate is to provide an independent voice for children and youth. The Child and Family Services Review Board (CFSRB) conducts reviews and hearings on matters that affect children, youth and families.
