Accountability

The Children’s Aid Society of London & Middlesex works continuously to improve outcomes for children, youth and families who are receiving services. We also have a strong commitment to accountability and transparency to the general public.

We are committed to offering the best possible services to children, youth and families. If you have a concern or complaint about service, we want to work with you with Resolving Service Complaints. Further to this, the purpose of the Ombudsman Ontario Children and Youth Unit is assist with unresolved complaints. 

The
Child and Family Services Review Board (CFSRB) conducts reviews and hearings on matters that affect children, youth and families.

Privacy

CASLM respects your privacy. We protect your personal information, to the extent possible as allowed by law and in accordance with our policies, and adhere to all legislative and regulatory requirements with respect to protecting privacy.  We do not rent, sell or trade our mailing lists.
